Counseling helps you to heal your own mind, body, and spirit. Christine is trained in Mindfulness and incorporates relaxation and breathing into the therapy. Regular physical activity and sleep issues are addressed and personalized programs designed.
Sessions are scheduled by appointment, once or twice weekly for 50 minutes, unless arranged otherwise. A regular timeslot is helpful for progress in treatment.
Sometimes individual treatment is combined with weekly group therapy or a support group. This gives the patient a safe place to practice skills learned in therapy as well as vital allies in their recovery.
